Abstract
We report evidence for miniband dispersion in a CdTe/Cd1-xMnxTe superl attice by using photoreflectance spectroscopy. In addition to the two dominant signatures associated with the fundamental heavy- and light-h ole free exciton transitions occurring within the superlattice, two ve ry weak resolved signatures are observed at higher energy. A Kronig-Pe nny type model is used to attribute these signatures to the two lowest heavy- and light-hole free exciton transitions occurring at the edge of the Brillouin minizone.
