YXBAYCUZO7-DELTA SOLID-SOLUTIONS

YxBayCuzO7-delta ceramics forming al isobaric conditions were studied by x-ray diffraction analysis, dynamic magnetic measurements and poten tiometric titration. It was established that compositions :0.8 less th an or equal to x less than or equal to 1.2 y=2, z=3; x=1, 1.8 less tha n or equal to y less than or equal to 2.2, z=3; x=1, y=2, 2.7 less tha n or equal to z less than or equal to 3.4: are in the homogeneity rang e of 123. It was found that compositions with nonstoichiometric cation s rations have minimum Delta T-c.
