Abstract
The practically single-phase samples HgBa(2)Ca(2)Cu(3)0(8+delta) HgBa2 Ca3Cu4O10+delta and HgBa2Ca4Cu5O12+delta were synthesized using the pr ogram-controlled high pressure chamber. The temperature regulation and maintenance was done automatically. Samples were prepared with differ ent oxygen content in starting mixture of powder oxides. The as-syntes ized samples crystallized in P4/mmm space group. X-ray phase analysis of samples has shown, that the content of main phase was 80-95 %.
