H. Li et Nb. Ming, SIGNIFICANCE OF MANY-BODY INTERACTIONS IN MONTE-CARLO SIMULATION OF CRYSTAL-VAPOR INTERFACE, Solid state communications, 101(5), 1997, pp. 351-354
Monte Carlo simulation technique with anisotropic variable bond model
[4] in which many-body interaction and surface relaxation are consider
ed is used to simulate the equilibrium configuration of an interface o
f crystal and vapour phases. It was found that many-body interactions
results in disymmetry instead of symmetry exists at interface obtained
by the constant bond approach. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Lt
