Abstract
Monte Carlo simulation technique with anisotropic variable bond model [4] in which many-body interaction and surface relaxation are consider ed is used to simulate the equilibrium configuration of an interface o f crystal and vapour phases. It was found that many-body interactions results in disymmetry instead of symmetry exists at interface obtained by the constant bond approach. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Lt d
