Abstract
Nitrogen-15 detected NMR experiments allow identification of the broad ened H-1 resonances of amide hydrogens adjacent to paramagnetic centre s in an electron transfer protein, the 2[Fe(4)S4] ferredoxin from Clos tridium pasteurianum.
