Abstract
Tbe polymetallic catalysts effect in increasing the n-dodecane liquid - phase oxidation process selectivity was studied. It was found that, by introducing a third component - e.g. Co - in the usual Mn+K catalys t, the ester index decreases by approximately 2 times, while the hydro xyl and carbonyl indexes decrease 4-5 times as compared to the bicompo nent catalyst, Therefore it contributes to improve the synthetic fatty acids quality by decreasing the polyfunctional, hydroacid and cetoaci d derivatives content.
