Abstract
Kinetics of extraction of essential oils from medicinal plants (tansy, leuzea safflower, and Rhodiola rosea) by steam distillation has been investigated. The composition of essential oils and the degree of thei r extraction from raw material in this process have been determined by gas-liquid chromatography.
