Abstract
Rhodium(III) and iridium(III) complexes of Troger's base (TB), of stru ctural type TB(.)2MCl(3) (M = Rh, Ir), were prepared by treatment of T B with MCl(3). The rhodium complex readily catalyzed the hydrosilylati on of alkynes with high regio- and stereoselectively observed in some cases.
