This article presents the evolution of the magnetic behaviour of Fe-3%
Si non oriented alloys with plastic deformations arising during monot
onous tensile tests. The work treats the macroscopic aspect (measureme
nt of magnetization characteristics and power losses of the material)
as well as the microscopic level (evaluation of the density and arrang
ement of dislocations during deep drawing; observation of structure mo
dification in magnetic domains of a Fe-3% Si alloy with oriented grain
s). The experimental results obtained are then applied to the digital
finite elements model of the electromagnetic behaviour of electric mot
ors.
