Abstract
The I-129 Mossbauer study applied to the iodine-doped polythiophene an d poly(3-methylthiophene) films revealed that the iodine consists of p entaiodide, triiodide, and/or I-2 molecules. The abundance ratios of t hese iodine species vary with the doping level.
