Abstract
Three cases of striae distensae of the breast after augmentation mammo plasty are presented. The patients were all in their early 20s and nul liparous. The striae developed in the first few months after surgery. A review of the literature on striae distensae is presented. To the be st of our knowledge, striae distensae occurring after augmentation mam moplasty have not previously been described.
