Cephalhematoma is a collection of blood under the periosteum of the sk
ull and is frequently associated with traumatic delivery. The distinct
calcified form of this disease is rare and has not been reported in t
he plastic surgery literature. In this report, we present an infant wi
th a large calcified cephalhematoma associated with a skull defect and
discuss its management.
