Abstract
Temperature influence on the signal to noise ratio and probability of error at the dynamic storage of information succession in reserved con tour on the basis of injection laser, optical fiber and germanium aval anche fotodiode is analysed. Conditions of optimization of the contour at instable environment temperature have been found.
