Abstract
We report an unusual case of hemiazygos continuation of a left inferio r vena cava draining into the right atrium via the persistent superior vena cava. Spiral computed tomography (CT) showed the course and the flow direction of this vena caval anomaly in a real-time manner, obvia ting conventional venography.
