Abstract
The authors report a clinical case of foodborne disease caused by ente rotoxins of Staphylococcus aureus. The patient, am asymptomatic carrie r, contaminated himself sterilised milk kept at room temperature. The habit of drinking straight from the bottle caused the contamination.
