Abstract
Flavone and flavanone have been tested in the range of 8 x 10(-4) - 1 x 10(-4) mol/l in order to find the maximal activity at minimum concen tration. In general, flavone showed a higher activity than flavanone. Up to a certain extent, a linear relation between decreasing concentra tion and mycelial inhibition could be observed in the case of all four fungi. However, at no concentration, a total inhibition of all fungi could be achieved.
