This paper describes and demonstrates the application of a numerical s
cheme to predict three-dimensional laminar flows through complex geome
tries using body fitted co-cordinate (BFC) system. Two cases studied i
nclude two-dimensional flow in a square cavity and three-dimensional f
low in a 90-degrees bend of square cross-section. Discretization of th
e governing equations and the scheme employed are explained. The predi
cted results are compared with available experimental data.
