Abstract
This paper describes the case of a primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma ( CTCL) which presented on the cheek of a 69-year-old man. Contemporary theories of the pathogenesis and immunologic basis of CTCL are discuss ed along with recent advances in its diagnosis, classification, and tr eatment.
