Abstract
The Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome is characterized by striking craniofaci al features, microcephaly, mental deficiency, growth retardation, 2-3 syndactyly of the feet, and genital malformations. We present a patien t and discuss dentofacial aspects of the syndrome.
