Abstract
A 48-year-old man with a cystic craniopharyngioma developed hypersomni a, personality changes, memory impairment and thermal dysfunction foll owing intracystic administration of bleomycin through an Ommaya reserv oir after partial removal of the tumour. The patient's neurological de terioration was thought to be related to the toxic effects of bleomyci n on the hypothalamus.
