J. Jeanjean et al., A COMPARATIVE-STUDY OF THE SORPTION OF STRONTIUM ON POLYANTIMONIC ACID (H2SB2O6, XH2O) AND PHOSPHATOANTIMONIC ACID (H3SB3O6(PO4)2, XH2O), European journal of solid state and inorganic chemistry, 31(11), 1994, pp. 1037-1048
The sorption of strontium on H2Sb2O6, x H2O (HAP) and H3Sb3O6(PO4)2, x
H2O (RH3) was studied from the point of view of sorption isotherms, c
apacity, crystallography and thermodynamics. The main differences betw
een the two compounds result from the rigid tridimensional lattice of
HAP, compared to the lamellar structure of RH3. Consequences on the de
contamination of radioactive liquid wastes are discussed.
