Films of soluble substituted polymerized iron phthalocyanine compounds
[R4PcFeL]n and [R8PcFeL]n are elaborated and doped at various tempera
tures with NO2 diluted in N2 and their conductivity is recorded. Dopin
g/dedoping cycles and thermal desorption curves provide information on
NO2 adsorption and on the stability of the phthalocyanine compounds o
n exposure to NO2 versus ligand species and number of alkoxy substitue
nts.
