Abstract
In this paper we present a rare case of the infraorbital nerve bifurca ting in the base of the orbit, and subsequently passing through two in fraorbital canals and exiting by two infraorbital foramina separated f rom each other by 2 cm in the axial plane and by 1 cm in the sagittal plane.
