Abstract
This paper reports on the integration of the quality control laborator y and process operations using modern computerized solutions. The actu al example is an MTBE plant in this paper. A general framework for int egrated production and quality management is introduced and the requir ements of laboratory and process operating personnel are explained in light of this framework. Also the implemented computer system and user experiences are presented.
