In a previous article a feedback algorithm for programmed temperature
control was introduced. The working space was heated and cooled by mea
ns of the Peltier effect of a semiconductor thermobattery. It was appl
ied to a system where the resolution of the temperature was 0.003 K, a
constant temperature could be maintained within that resolution and a
temperature programme could be followed within approximately 0.01 K.
In this work, a method for obtaining automatically the parameters of t
he feedback algorithm is described.
