Abstract
A coupled DMDP 2000 SOPRA monochromator-Fabry-Perot interferometer has been assembled for high-resolution spectroscopy. The performance of o ur instrument is comparable to that of the tandem Fabry-Perot intefero meter. Its advantages are that the highest resolution can be maintaine d for all frequency shifts larger than 0.03 cm-1 and the set-up permit s absolute intensity calibration of Brillouin and Raman lines.
