Abstract
Sodium and lithium silicoglycolates, organosilicon compounds in which Si is in 5-coordination with respect to oxygen, have been used as star ting materials for the preparation of zeolites sodalite, analcime, sil icalite,and Na-P1 and of lithium silicate hydrate, Li2Si2O5.2H(2)O.
