Abstract
We report the case of a 11 year-old girl with segmentary vitiligo in t he left side of the neck and superior part of the hemithorax, associat ed to an homolateral Parry-Romberg syndrome. This association had neve r been reported. The pathogenic hypothesis are discussed. We think tha t this association can be explained by the autoimmune origin of these diseases.
