Abstract
Computer aided methods open up new possibilities to improve the hydrau lic quality as well as to reduce the development time and costs. Withi n this field of research, the CFD-Aided-Design of bladings, i.e. the d esign optimization by means of CFD-codes, is of central importance. Th e outlines of the CFDAD-system developed are given herein.
