Abstract
We report four cases of posterior interosseous nerve paralysis with mu ltiple constrictions. Al surgery the constrictions were found between the arcade of Frohse and a point of bifurcation of the supinator motor branch. External neurolysis with epineurotomy using the microscope wa s performed in all cases, and full recovery was obtained.
