In the years 1989-1994 the results obtained in particular disciplines
during performance tests were assessed in 57 young Friesian studs. The
variance of score assessment between the six years under observation
is not significant in any of the disciplines. Performance disciplines
are assessed by stricter score criteria than while the character and t
raining are assessed. The assessment of the variance between test disc
iplines does not however show a highly significant difference (F = 31.
8 > F-0.01 = 3.07). Testing the difference of the means the latter are
highly significant for the performance disciplines and the character,
and for those performance disciplines and scores at training. The dif
ferences between the performance disciplines are not significant.
