Abstract
Facility layout and location problems with stochastic congestion in th e traffic circulation system have been studied in a previous paper. In this paper, we present a heuristic algorithm to solve these complex p roblems. With its straight forward approach, the algorithm can solve l arge-scale Quadratic Assignment Problems with reasonable computing tim es and efficient performance. Computational experience for solving man y test examples is also presented.
