A scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer has been used to measure the H(a
lpha) and D(alpha) lines obtain the H/H+D ratio in ion cyclotron reson
ance heating HT-6M tokamak for determining the energy absorption mecha
nism. The recycling is observed by changing the working gas from deute
rium to hydrogen.
