Abstract
We study the effective theory of the conformal factor near its infrare d stable fixed point. The renormalization group equations for the effe ctive coupling constants are found and their solutions near the critic al point are obtained, providing the logarithmic corrections to the sc aling relations. Some cosmological applications of the running of coup ling constants are briefly discussed.
