Abstract
The main features of bioprotection and some trends of development of p roduction of biocidal additives for filled polymeric compositions have been analyzed. Data on newest assortment of biocides are summarized. A number of crude antibiotics and some chemical compounds available in Russia have been studied experimentally, and their effectiveness when used in filled polymeric compositions has been established.
