Abstract
1,2-Stereoinduction is studied in H-abstraction reactions of acyclic r adicals with a methyl and a tert-butyldiphenylsiloxy group at the ster eogenic center. The extent of the stereoselectivity depends significan tly upon the substituent at the radical center.
