Abstract
Photoluminescence of CdSSe microcrystals in glass was investigated. Sp ectra were analyzed taking into account quantum size effects, composit ions of microcrystals, hydrostatic pressure of glass matrix, Coulomb e lectron-hole interaction in microcrystals. Energy levels involved in r adiative transitions were deduced and compared with the related levels in bulk CdSSe.
