Abstract
The mouse vitamin D receptor (VDR)-encoding cDNA was cloned and the co ding regions were sequenced. Comparison of the amino-acid sequence to that of humans and rats revealed high homology in the DNA- and ligand- binding domains. Divergence appeared in the internal region between th e two domains.
