Abstract
Vapour pressures of saturated aqueous solutions of DL-malic acid, L(+) -tartaric acid, and citric acid were measured in the temperature range 288 K to 323 K, applying the isoteniscope technique. The water activi ties, osmotic coefficients, and molar enthalpies of vaporization and o f solution at saturation were evaluated from the measured vapour press ures.
