Abstract
As recently described, Ki-1 anaplastic large cell lymphoma is a distin ctive subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We report a Ki-1 anaplastic l arge cell lymphoma of the duodenum in a 62-year-old man. He received m odified CHOP therapy and was in complete remission at 18 months. To ou r knowledge, this is the first report of primary Ki-1 anaplastic large cell lymphoma of the duodenum.
