Abstract
A computational study with a developed general computer program for th e determination of equilibrium temperature and pressure for constant v olume combustion for any hydrocarbon-air mixture in presence of diluen t is presented with particular reference to methane-air mixture at pre scribed initial conditions. Several observations are noted and explain ed and some computational values are compared with experimental values .
