Abstract
Optical properties of CdxZn1-xSe/ZnSe (x = 0.12) multiquantum well sys tem are discussed. The transient photoluminescence and optically detec ted cyclotron resonance experiments demonstrate a strong contribution of bound exciton emission to the low temperature photoluminescence spe ctra.
