Abstract
An unusual case of multiple myeloma is reported in a 61-year-old man p resenting with hepatomegaly and multiple hypoechoic lesions in the liv er seen on ultrasound. Following cytotoxic chemotherapy the size and n umber of the lesions within the liver had significantly reduced.
