Abstract
Analytical expressions for calculating the quasistatic parameters of c oplanar strips and modified coplanar strips on a finitely thick substr ate were derived through analyzing the structure with the complementar y electrodes on the same substrate [1, 2]. In this Letter we use confo rmal mapping techniques to investigate the accuracy of these expressio ns. (C) 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
