Abstract
The complete H-1 and C-13 NMR assignments of a series of semisynthetic N-polyformyl derivatives of aminoglycoside antibiotics kanamycin A, k anamycin B, tobramycin, apramycin and sisomicin were achieved by 1D an d 2D NMR methods (mainly H-1-H-1 and H-1-C-13 shift-correlation spectr oscopy).
