Abstract
Rapid detection of Staphyloccus aureus (S. aureus) using a separated e lectrode piezoelectric crystal sensor was reported in this paper. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive compared with ether methods. Fa ctors which affect determination were discussed and S. aureus over a r ange of 10-10(7) cells/ml can be detected by proposed method.
