Abstract
Hybrid hybridomas producing bispecific antibodies against alpha-subuni t of hCG and Pd-coproporphyrin are obtained by using FAGS. Conjugates of Pd-coproporphyrin with different proteins are tested for better sen sitivity in micelle stabilized phosphorescent immunoassay. The role of steric factors for interaction of immobilized antibodies with antigen s are discussed.
