The literature data on the thermal conductivity of alloys of the zirco
nium-niobium system are analyzed. The results are given of investigati
ons of the thermal conductivity of the Zr-1% Nb alloy at temperatures
in the 400-1600 K range and of the electrical resistance of this alloy
at temperatures in the 300-2050 K range. The temperature peculiaritie
s of the transport properties during phase rearrangement of the alloy
are discussed. The values of the Lorentz function are calculated. The
possible reasons for the anomalous temperature dependence of the latte
r function are discussed.
