Abstract
In this Dutch field trial safety and serological responses were measur ed after vaccination with a sub-unit EHV-vaccine. The vaccine can be c onsidered safe as it did not cause local or general reactions. After v accination high SN- and ELISA-titres were measured, which could contri bute to homogeneous immunity within a vaccinated horse-population.
