THE KEY TO THE GENERA OF COPROPHYLOUS DISCOMYCETES

Coprophilous fungi are quitely large ecological, specialized group whi ch occurred at all patrs of the world. This group consists from variou s taxa. Among these the ascomycetes are more numerous one. Actually co prophilous discomycetes are presented by 24 genera which bolong to dif ferent families of the order Pezizales. At present time from the world are founded about 200 species of coprophilous discomycetes among thes e 100 species are known from Russia and from neighbouring countries of former USSR. Unfortunately in our mycological literature any special keys for identification of coprophilous discomycetes are absent. In th is paper for the first time in Russia is prepared the key to 24 genera of coprophilous discomycetes. Actually 15 genera (they marked by aste risk) are known from Russia and neighbouring countries. Nine others ge nera are included in the key. They may be found at investigated territ ory subsequently. There are short descriptions for the species of 12 g enera which contain only one taxon. Morphological descriptions and dra wings may be found in the papers enumerated in the list of literature.
